Incozol®-341 LV

REACTIVE DILUENT

Incozol®-341 LV is a low-viscosity, reactive diluent specifically designed to help formulators develop low VOC polyurethane coatings and sealants.

· Low Viscosity: Enables low-viscosity formulations without increasing VOC.
· VOC Reduction: Supports high solids, low VOC polyurethane coatings and sealants.
· Helps in achieving smooth, defect-free finishes by preferentially reacting with atmospheric moisture and thereby preventing CO2 formation resulting from the reaction of water with the isocyanate hardener.
· Moisture Tolerance: The prevention of CO2 gas is enhanced during application in humid conditions.

Usage

It is typically used in two-component systems, where it replaces a portion of the polyol component and reduces the amount of solvent needed in the formulation  resulting in a reduction of VOC content without compromising performance.
